Cake returned home defeated, no one had seen her sister anywhere at the club. If it hadn’t been for Icy Marie she would still be out there looking since the clubbers didn’t trust unfamiliar faces. She didn’t trust half of those people either so she didn’t know what she was going to do if they told her they’d seen her. Would she believe them or not?
“Fionna where are you?” She asked as she dropped down on the bed she shared with Lord Mono.
Speaking of which entered the room behind her and started tapping and scrapping the ground with his hooves.
Cake felt a

‘Did he really save me?’ Fionna wondered. Could it have been him, the monster that was fighting for her? No, it couldn’t have been. Her mind was all jumbled up; almost as if her brain had been shaken up inside her skull.
Why was he being so nice to her anyway? He was a bad boy. Bad boys didn’t really save people, but enjoyed waiting them get hurt.
Oh but how could she forget about their talk? He hadn’t seen bad then. He just looked almost confused and hurt as if being nice only caused him heartache. Could that even be a reason to make a good person go bad?

Marshall had been trying to check each and every one of Fionna’s wounds to see which wounds were the ones that needed to be tended first, but looking over her mangled, cut, and broken body…he didn’t think she would make it.
She was already choking on her own blood. The horrible wet clattering sound of her lungs as blood instead of air was inhaled. Blood was so tangible in the air. Her coughing fits splattering blood everywhere. He needed to flip her on her side or her stomach, but feared that in moving her he was going to do more damage than helping.
He took off his shirt to try to cle

“Nice to see you again.”
“I’m glad you’re still around.” Fionna replied as she leaned against the wall next to the man that had given her the leads last time. “Do you still have the stuff?”
The guy laughed, “Of course I still have the stuff.”
Fionna smiled with relief, “When can I see it?”
The guy pretended to think. “How about tonight?”
Fionna yelled with excitement on the inside, but managed a nonchalant: “Whatever.”
The man smiled exposing horribly jagged, yellow teeth, “Met me outback i

“Where are you going?”
Marshall looked up to see his ghost friend standing or better yet, floating behind him almost glaring at him, “I don’t believe I have had to explain myself to you before.” Marshall replied brusquely.
If the ghost had eyebrows, they would have been raised in surprise, “You’re going after the girl, aren’t you?”
Marshall shrugged, “And what if I am?” He swung his guitar over his shoulder, trying to get out of there as fast as he could.
Wendell smirked, “I hope you finally take care of her.”

“Dude, she’s here again.”
Marshall looked up to see his friend Wendell watching him with concern. “I can’t do anything. She is free to do what she wants.” He replied.
“No, you don’t understand. She’s outside this door. She wants to talk to you.”
Marshall looked at the door and let out a frustrated sigh. “Fine, I’ll talk to her.” Floating toward the door he opened it and found the white haired girl he had once thought he loved standing there with her hands clasped behind her back. “What do you want?” He asked in
